Shakes are one of the greatest ways to get in calories and help hit your macronutrients! They are very malleable and you can literally swap, or add/subtract some portions for massive changes, and not to mention how convenient they are!

In this video, I give you a quick 3 different shake recipes all totalling roughly 1000 calories. These shakes could be great for cutting fat or even gaining muscle mass. It all depends on how they’re used and how they’re manipulated!
