Quick Full Body Workout at Home No Equipment Exercises:
#1 (2:07) Air Squats
#2 (3:23) Push-Ups
#3 (4:35) Burpees
#4 (5:23) Upward and Downward Dog
#5 (7:02) Glute Bridge Kick
#6 (8:22) Mountain Climbers
**Do each of these exercises for 20 seconds. Take 10 seconds of rest. After resting, begin with another set of the SAME exercise until you have completed 3 sets.
