?Ingredients:
1 cup shredded carrot
One cup red bell pepper diced one
One cup Orange bell pepper
cup white onion diced
one cup asparagus diced
1 pound shrimp
olive oil to coat
Chili powder to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Oregano, to taste
one large handful mix greens
chili lime
?vinaigrette dressing
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
half teaspoon chili powder
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
?Instructions:
Chop your vegetables and season with chili powder, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil
Stick in oven for 10 minutes At 400°.
?While vegetables are cooking prepare your Chill lime vinaigrette dressing.
?After vegetables are done cooking season the shrimp the same way you seasoned the vegetables and put in the oven to 5 to 7 minutes.
?Combine all ingredients together to your mixed greens and dressing. Enjoy! Serves 2-3 People or one Hungry Fighter ?
