Hi beauties! Here is one of my favorite recipes! Low in calories, low in carbs , high in protein, high in vitamins and FULL of yummy taste! The best part about this recipe is that everything cooks in a single pan, starting with the shrimp and ending with a rainbow of yummy vegetables! ? It’s a super easy homemade stir sauce + zucchini noodles + chopped veggies + shrimp = the best delicious “take out”.

Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup vegetable broth
* 1TB spoon of low sodium soy sauce
* 3 TB spoons of olive oil (divided)
* 1 TB of minced garlic
* 1 Tsp of minced ginger
* 1 pound of shrimp
* 1 medium bell pepper or 4 sweet peppers
* 1/2 of shredded carrots
* 2/3 cup of sliced red onions
* 1 cup of green beans
* toasted sesame seeds for garnish (which I didn’t have in the video)
