Workout:

– 6x Heavier Squats (3 rounds)
– 10x Deadlifts (3 rounds)
– 6x Heavier Deadlifts (3-4 rounds)
Circuit:
– 3x Heavy Deadlifts
– 12x Goblet Squats
– 10 Bodyweight lunges on each leg
