I’ve been saving this video to post in the new year as I know lots of people don’t get time or really want to work out over the Christmas period.
Anyway, when I had my youngest son Roo, I got diastasis recti (separation of the abs) and so I really wanted to make a video for anyone else who may have it after pregnancy who wanted to exercise safely. I was a little worried about showing a workout not having much knowledge of what was safe and the correct form, so my lovely friend and fitness instructor Carly very kindly filmed this with me (she is also specifically qualified for this!). I hope some of you find it helpful, I know I would have loved to know these moves when I first found out I had diastasis recti!
