I tried to represent like the strong Asian on my new tank with 4 plates each side squatting 405lbs! He was only in partial squat stance so that’s what I did ;P
The toughest part was getting the bar off the rack and stepping backwards! A lot of core strength and stabilizing! The “dipping” squats were the easy part.
I don’t normally squat like this of course. Partial squats this heavy can help make your target rep squat load feel so much lighter though!
