Today’s video is a follow up to my previous video on Pre Workout Nutrition. In the earlier video we discussed the FUEL your body requires to take your exercise session to the next level. Today, we’ll be talking about a POST WORKOUT nutrition plan, that is suitable for ANYONE after they have put their body through a gruelling exercise session. After you exercise and cause damage to the muscles in your body, your body enters an “ANABOLIC” or “Growth” window. In order to optimize the growth you can achieve in this window, you need to refill your fuel tank with the correct fuel.
