BERKEY WATER FILTER SYSTEM:

I have the travel size and love the water – but tend to have to fill it up several times a day – hoping to upgrade to the BIG soon!

MAC AND CHEESE SAUCE (omit the peppers for less spice!):

ACAI BOWL:
– 1-2 ripe solid frozen bananas (can also use mango but I prefer banana!)
– 1-2 cups frozen blueberries
– Vanilla plant milk – more if you want it thin, less if you want it thick!
– Scoop of oatmeal – adore the texture it gives the bowl!
– ACAI powder or frozen packets (I use a big tbsp of powder)
– Scoop of nut butter
– Feel free to add any other frozen fruit!
– Blend in a high speed blender and top with whatever you prefer!

DRIED ORANGES (and VEGAN BARK RECIPE!):

OATMEAL:
– 1 cup dry quick oats
– 1/2 mashed banana IN oats (1/2 on top)
– Plant milk // water
– Maple butter and peanut butter and cinnamon on top
– Also had POP chips (sweet and salty kind!) with this! I always love a crunch with oats or smoothie bowls or whips!

BROWNIE RECIPE:

CHOCO PB DIPPING SAUCE:
– 2 tbsp cacao powder
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– 2 tbsp peanut butter
– Milk if you need it.
– Add MORE cacao/PB to make it thicker – more maple or milk to make it thinner!
You can also blend up unsalted chick peas or plain unsalted hummus or canned pumpkin with these and it becomes a thick dessert hummus type of deal!
NOTE: it will take time to work the Cacao powder into the liquids .. take your time but it will become smooth!
