I often get asked what I, as a nutritionist, eat in a day. I share a lot of diet plans and recipes which are healthy & aids in weight loss. But, Because as a nutritionist I believe we should never stick to one single diet or follow the same meal plan for long. We must change our diet with change in season and with variety of foods that are available locally. Not only that, we should have different diets or meal plan for days when we are super active and for days, when we just want to sit and relax. Matching you diet with your activity level can be a game changer. Hence this is my Ideal Intermittent fasting diet plan for this summer to stay fit.
