Hello Everyone!
I realized in my previous videos I show you what I eat while on the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide (BBG) program using my Sweat with Kayla app. However, I never show any recipes so I decided to do a video showing you not only What I Eat In A Day To Lose Weight and get fit but also to include the recipes incase you want to try some of these recipes out.
