What I Eat in a day as a model and how I stay fit|High Protein Vegan(120 Grms)healthy simple recipes

120 grams of plant-based protein. Healthy and easy recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A full day of eating healthy and realistic. My HIIT workout and yoga stretch.

Hello everyone
Hope your day is going great
as promised here is the protein stats
breakfast 45 grams of protein
lunch 35 grams of protein
snack 10 grams of protein
dinner 30 grams of protein
I used an app called Cronometer to calculate it!

FOR GINGER KALE AND PEAS
To the preheated pan
add olive oil followed by garlic
and ginger
fry till fragrant and slightly golden
wash and chop the kale
but do not dry it
add it to the pan,
season with salt and pepper
allow cooking
for 2-3 minutes
add 200 grams of frozen peas
stir fry for a minute longer and turn off the heat
leave it in the pan for 2 minutes longer
then squeeze lime juice over, add a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of pumpkin seeds
