WHAT I ATE IN A DAY #9 (EASY VEGAN RECIPES) | Cheap Lazy Vegan

Hi everyone, I’ve got yet another What I Ate in a Day video for you – this time featuring these AMAZING 3-ingredient pancakes by Thrivingonplants.

The pancake recipe (what I did) –
1.5 cups of porridge oats
1 cup of non-dairy milk
1 ripe banana

THEN BLEND EVERYTHING TOGETHER IN A BLENDER UNTIL IT BECOMES SMOOTH AND VOILA! THERE’S YOUR PANCAKE BATTER! SORRY I’M WRITING IN CAPITALS BUT THIS MAKES ME HAPPY LOL

THE KOREAN SOUP RECIPE –

I also made peanut butter cookies and I believe this was the recipe we followed. You’re supposed to do the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, but I’m pretty sure we just put everything together. It worked amazingly fine so whatever! Screw you, baking science! haha

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES –

Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar (or regular….whatever)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
⅔ cup oat flour (we used regular)
1 tsp baking soda
⅛ teaspoon salt
¼ cup water

Again, we just put everything in a bowl and mixed it together. Then baked them for like 10 minutes. For more detailed instructions, see the original recipe link below.
