—MEAL PREP RECIPES—
SHREDDED CHICKEN
1 jar marinade/sauce (less than 5g C per serving)
4lbs boneless chicken breast
–
add both to crockpot
cook on high for 3 hours
shred chicken
leave on warm (or low if its not fully cooked) for another 30-60min
store in fridge
QUINOA TABBOULEH

TURKEY MEATBALLS
4lbs lean ground turkey
4 eggs
4 tbsp garlic
4 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 cup chopped basil
1 cup chopped parsley
–
set oven to 420F
mix all ingredients together in bowl
measure out meatballs and place on baking tray
cook 12 min
turn over
cook 12 min
store in fridge
