Meet Medhamsh a software engineer whose job involved sitting in the front of the computer all day long and no exercise, the result was obvious, tons of weight and body fat.
In fact his condition got so bad that his excess weight and sedentary lifestyle lead to bronchitis, depression and social insecurity and that made him realize that he needs to lose weight and get in shape.
Now Medhamash got in touch with me 18 months back and that time his weight was 97 kgs with abdominal measurements of 42 inches, since then he has been exercising regularly and following a healthy eating pattern which involved working out six days a week with 6 small meals a day …no crash diets no gimmicks but just consistent pattern of healthy diet and workout.
After 18 months as of today Medhamsh has lost a total of 37 kgs and 14 inches off his abdominal area, as of today his total weight is 60 Kgs and a waist line of 28 inches and all this with the help just regular workout and a healthy diet….no gimmicks, no weight loss supplements and no chemicals.
