Time:- 6-8 O’clock in the morning
TO-DO :- Luke warm water+
1/4tsp cinnamon powder +
pinch of black pepper powder+
lemon juice 4-5drops mix well +
8-10 curry leaves which can be eaten raw or the juice of the leaves can be consumed.
Drink and eat on empty stomach.
Benefits :- Cinnamon plus lemon helps to lower blood sugar levels,
reduces heart disease risk factors,
burns belly fats and most important suppresses appetite.
Curry leaves have many medicinal uses like fights cancer,
lowers cholesterol and sugar levels,
good for eye sight and hair growth.
Time:- Breakfast:8.30-9.00 O’clock
TO-DO:- 1cup green tea with 2 chapattis and egg white or
sada dosa or 2 idli with sambhar or
1 medium bowl of poha or upma without potatoes and peanuts.

it increases fat burning and improves physical performance.

TO-DO:- 8-10 Mint leaves+coriander leaves+1smalll tomato +
lemon 4-5 drops+pinch of black salt or black pepper powder grind well mix with 1glass of water drink this juice act as a good detoxifying agent.
Plus one medium fruit {apple,oranges ,sweet lime,musk melon,guava,litchi}can eat these fruits.
Fruits to avoid{banana, chikoo,grapes,mango,etc.}
