Meat
-Boneless, skinless chicken leg *Budget hack; buy bone-in, with skin chicken leg. Cook and remove skin and bone.
-Ground Pork
-Pangasius; Low fat, high protein and extremely cheap!
-Canned tuna; Good source of essential nutrients, such as omega-3 fatty acids, high-quality protein, selenium and Vitamin D.
Greens
-Broccoli; Great source of vitamins K and C, a good source of folate (folic acid) and also provides potassium, fiber.
-Green beans

-Brown rice
-Sweet potato
Snacks/Fruit
-Banana
-Apples
-Rice cracks (Low cal and very cheap)
