DIRECTIONS :
Ingredients : 1 onion, 1 tomato (optional), Green chilli sauce or green chilly paste, Red chilli sauce, 250g chicken breast boneless, 1/2 green chilli, Everest chicken masala powder, olive oil (use cooking spray if you want to make it macro friendly)
1. Cut the onion into thin slices, do the same with green chilli and other vegetables you choose to add.
2. Heat the pan and add a tablespoon of olive oil and once the pan is heating up add the sliced onions into the pan and let it tun golden brown.
3. By that time, make 3-4 small incisions in all the chicken pieces.
4. Add the chicken into the heating pan.
5. Add green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce as your taste demands.
6. Add the green chilli.
7. Cover the pan for 8-10 mins.
Your dish is ready after 8-10 mins. Ready to serve.
