Today’s leg workout was short and sweet. We focused our leg exercises on the quads. We also show you have to make a sissy squat bench using the smith machine. The workout is list below.

WORK OUT ROUTINE
Front Squat 4x (8-10)
Hammer Strength V-Squat 4 x (12-15)
Heels Elevated Back Squat 4 x (12-15)
Sissy Squats 4 x 25
Leg Extensions 4 x (12-15)
