1/3 cup tomato
1/4 cup green bell pepper
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp Adobo seasoning or all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp ground pepper ground pepper
1 tsp paprika
3 tbsp curry powder (divided)
1 tsp distilled white vinegar
2 tbsp oil peanut oil
1 potato sliced
1 cup water
Braised chicken until golden brown.
Allow the chicken to simmer on medium low for 45 minutes.
