Ingredients:

For 1st Marination:
– 5 tbsp lemon juice.
– 4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
– 1/2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
– rock salt
– 4 chicken leg pieces with thigh portion

For 2nd Marination:
– 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
– 500 gms of hung Dahi/Curd
– Mustard oil, you can use refined oil too
– 1 tbsp tandoori masala powder
– 1 tbsp garam masala powder
– 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
– 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
– 1 tbsp coriander powder
– 1/2 tbsp fenugreek leaves / kasuri methi ke patte
– 1/2 tbsp chat masala
– 1 tbsp white pepper powder
– few piece of charcoal

Garnish:
– Coriander leaves
– onions slices
– lemons halves
