Taapsee Pannu, who was recently seen in Judwaa 2, has been in the news for her fit and fabulous body as she is seen dancing in her swimwear on the beach in the movie. We wondered what she did to be in such good shape! What better way to know that than to do Pinkvilla’s popular “What I eat in a day” segment with the actress.
From what she does for workouts to cutting gluten out of her diet and a low down of what she eats for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Taapsee told us all.
Taapsee worked as a software professional and also pursued a career in modelling before becoming an actress. During her modelling career, she appeared in a number of commercials. Taapsee made her acting debut with the 2010 Telugu film Jhummandi Naadam, directed by Raghavendra Rao. She gained popularity in Bollywood with her lead role in the movie Pink in 2016. She was seen in Baby (2015) and then played the lead role in Naam Shabana (2017), a prequel to Baby. Taapsee did Chashme Baddoor in 2013 with director David Dhawan. Her latest release is Judwaa 2, again directed by David Dhawan, where Taapsee shares screen space with Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez.
