The hardest part of being a digital nomad is staying fit while travelling – and this is how I do it.
It’s not easy to stay fit and travel but, after 15 months of practice, I’ve kind of got a grip on it. Here are 8 of my tops travel fitness tips for staying fit and healthy on the go.
I hope these tips help you stay fit on your travels, but I also help if you’re just busy (and not travelling). They apply to any freelancers or busy people, even if you’re not a digital nomad.
