Hii! Let’s do this! Since I am now a spin instructor and I teach rhythmic based spin classes I thought I should do a spin instructor day in my life along with another vegan what i eat in a day. I know the difference between plant based and vegan and while I am plant based I put vegan in the title but it is not about labels!! It’s about eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle – labels are not needed. I use “vegan” for search purposes and everyone knows what vegan is and not everyone knows what plant based is. Anyway! I wanted to show my thursdys because these are my double spin days where I teach two spin classes in one day. You might be wondering what is a spin class or is it like soulcycle, what is soulcycle, what is the inside of a spin class like? I will get footage inside a spin class I promise! This what i eat in a day as a vegan teenager might help a lot of you out! How to start eating vegan and how to start eating plantbased is important to know if you are looking into changing your current eating habits to a new healthy lifestyle.
