This is a real time waist workout for women. You can follow along with Katya Struve and Paul Monje as they demonstrate the whole routine. This waist workout will stretch, tone and lead to trimming up your waistline, obliques, abdominals, and transverse abdominals.

The 6 exercises that will help you get a smaller waist are:

After a 4 minute warm up, followed by:

1. Transverse plane chops
2. Alternating knee chops
3. Crossover step reaches
4. Hip drivers (frontal plane)
5. Knee-to-elbow reaches (posterior)
6. Hip drivers (sagittal plane)

You’ll repeat these exercises over 3 rounds.

Remember, when you workout your waist and abs, always be mindful of quality of your movements and breathing. Keep proper form and steady breathing as you feel the burn increasing.
