Target your triceps with these easy to follow exercises! It is important to make sure you are spending time working on your triceps during your workouts to make sure you are building up the strength in the extension movement and stability of your arms.
This video will show you two exercises you can use to strengthen and tone your triceps:
1) Triceps Kickback
2) Overhead Triceps Extension
Do about 10 reps of each exercise at a weight that is challenging during the last couple reps but still allows you to keep correct form.
