2 Large Roasted Red Peppers Diced
1 Small Onion Diced
1 Large Sweat Potato Baked And Mashed
3 Cloves Of Garlic Minced
2 Tablespoons Capers
3 Eggs
1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
2 Large Cups Spinach Chopped Fine
2 Tablespoons Sun Dried Tomatoes Minced
