Here is the entire Recipe
Ingredients:
200 gms jaggery roughly chopped
½ cup pistachios roasted
½ cup almonds roasted
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ tsp. elaichi powder
1 tsp. saunf finely crushed
2 tbsp. white sesame seeds
½ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. black sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
In a wok, over the medium flame, add jaggery and let it melt. Make sure there are no
lumps.
Once the jaggery starts changing the color, add pistachios, almonds, sunflower
seeds, elachi powder, saunf and mix well.
Then, add sesame seeds and mix.
Add salt and mix.
Shut the flame and immediately pour the mixture to the stainless-steel thali greased
with ghee to avoid hardening the chikki.
With the help of spatula, spread over the thali, garnish with black sesame seeds.
Grease the knife with the ghee and mark so that it comes out easily once set.
Once set, serve and satiate your sweet cravings.
