My Fitness Routine: How I Workout and What I Eat | Hira Tareen

I know i know…it’s been WAY TOO LONG since I uploaded a video on my channel. Sometimes life just happens and it comes at you in different angles and throws curveballs your way where you can’t help but either try to dodge them or just face them. I also want to take this moment and give a shoutout to mercury retrograde, so happy you are gone and out of my life till next year. If you don’t know what mercury retrograde is then maybe you didn’t get affected by it, but it was in LEO all of last month and it made a lot of things go strangely for me, it caused strange delays, unexpected circumstances, I had computer crashes and all kinds of breakdowns. Or maybe I just need something to blame, either way, it’s been a challenging last few weeks, which resulted in me not getting time to upload. The GOOD NEWS is…I am back, and here with the much awaited Fitness Routine video that I had been mentioning on my insta account as well.
