I have A LOT of exercise equipment and I wanted to share with you my favorite Pilates equipment for home and most of it is very cheap workout gear that you can get on Amazon.com.
This is actually a small sampling of the home Pilates equipment I have but it is the Pilates equipment that I use the most and is really affordable.
I explain the benefit of having each fitness favorite piece of equipment and you may even have some of these in your home.
Some reasons why I love adding equipment to a mat Pilates practice include:
Adding variety
It can add resistance
It can add assistance
It can make exercises more challenging
It can make exercises “easier”
It really helps you progress with the Pilates Mat exercises
We can add Studio based Pilates exercises into our home practice.
If you are beginning Pilates, adding equipment can provide extra support and feedback making the exercises and concepts easier to understand.
If you are move with Intermediate Pilates exercises, adding equipment can help you reap more benefits from the exercises and refine your Pilates workout.
