In this video I take you grocery shopping with me to look at some staples in my diet and how I do things. I take a very basic approach and would really like to emphasize that nutrition can be very simple. Alot of people overcomplicate things. You don’t have to count every single calorie, eat 4-6 small meals a day, or buy organic everything. The key is to drink water and eat good NUTRIENT DENSE foods!
