When you sneak around in your house at night and do weird workouts!
When I was staying in California with my family for a month.. I had totally messed up my routine.. We used to travel a lot… Neither was I working out properly nor was I following a healthy diet… I started feeling the difference in a couple of days.. Both physically and mentally..So then I started sneaking around in our house at night and doing random stuff…i used whatever I could get my hands on… Walls.. Doors.. Tables…got myself to work on my weak arms and shoulders… Sometimes my parents used to wake up causing me to flee.. Sometimes my brother used to join me…working out after dinner is far from the ideal time but that was the only time I had…in our house.. Or in our hotel…i did pull ups for the first time… And I was pathetic… But I could do a few handstand push ups. .Why am I saying all this? Because I wanted to share what it made me realize..its very difficult to get into a routine… And more difficult to maintain it…just find out a way to keep the flow..that way we enjoy our trips more as we don’t feel so guilty after indulging in those flavoursome dishes… And it’s not so hard getting back to our usual discipline after the trip ends..And you can also laugh at your lame attempts to workout later or compile it into a video like I did Haha! Bye!
