Layer Your Exercises For Powerful Fitness Results

My motto is maximum exercise in minimal time that produces stellar results.

I picked three powerful exercises and layered them into a highly charged true total body workout while training in the desert wilds of Sedona, Arizona.

They are:

The timeless chinup
Sandbag clean and press
Kettlebell farmer’s carry

Set the clock for 10 minutes and see how many quality rounds you can perform.

Don’t let the low rep sets fool you as they powerfully add up since those multiple rounds of total exercise work will have your body banking some high quality fitness!

TIPS and GUIDELINES:

Perform each exercise safely with good form

Rest as much as you need between rounds, but keep it challenging

If your form starts to falter – stop and rest a little bit more between rounds to ensure proper technique

Keep the exercise area free of obstructions and pay attention to your surroundings

These are just some of the methods that allow me to stay strong and lean, move well and pain-free, keep the nasty fat off and live a high quality healthy life.

And I’m no spring chicken, genetically gifted, on any performance drugs/supplements or on any hormonal therapy treatments.
