The Insanity workout by Beach body is a hard workout program which involves high intensity interval training. Its all about plyometric training and jumping and squatting. On top of that I chose to follow a Ketogenic or Keto diet for the entire time I was doing the workout plan. These are my results before and after. It was difficult this time around because I learned I have an auto immune disease called Hashimoto’s. This caused my body to attack my thyroid gland causing my hormones to be unbalanced. Making it harder for me to loose weight but i managed to get some great results regardless.
