This video is a recipe of healthy smoothie. Easy to make and is a good source of carbohydrates, fats and protein add to your diet to achieve your fitness goals. Muscle building/Loose weight ( in punjabi)

Recipe:
1.Low fat milk 150-200 ml
2.Low fat Flavoured yogurt (I am using vanilla) 4-5 spoons.
3.Mixed berries frozen (strawberries,blueberries and blackberries) , you can use any fresh berries as well but taste better in smoothie when they are frozen.
4.Almonds or cashews (10 almonds per 1 glass)
5.CHIA SEEDS (1 spoons per glass)
6.Medium size banana (1 per glass)
7.Ice cubes
8.Half scoop of whey protein (Optional)
?Nutrition value approximately :
200 calories per glass
23 g carbohydrates
7.5 g fats
11 g protein (add half scoop of whey protein to increase protein content)
IF berries are not available around ,you can add 2 bananas .Cut in to small pieces and freeze them for few hours.
