Hyderabadi Chicken 65 is a famous chicken fry recipe which is first deep fried and then shallow fried in a special spicy sauce
Method
1. Chicken boneless – 1/2 kilo cut into small pieces
Ingredients to be added for marination
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic powder – 1 tablespoon
Yogurt – 2 tablespoon
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Cooking soda – 1/4 teaspoon
Mix them well and marinate for 30 minutes
2.After 30 minutes add
Corn flour – 3 tablespoon
All purpose flour – 1 tablespoon
Egg white of an egg
Mix well
3.Fry these chicken pieces and keep aside
4.Now let us make a sauce
For this
In a pan heat oil – 1 tablespoon
5.Add Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped garlic – 1 tablespoon
Chopped ginger – 1 tablespoon
Green chilies – 3
Few curry leaves
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili sauce – 2 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup – 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice of quarter lemon
Salt as required
Soya sauce – 1/2 teaspoon
Red food color mixed in little water
Mix them well
Add little water and when water boils add the fried chicken pieces
6.Mix pieces in this sauce and cook for few minutes
7.Garnish with few coriander leaves
