Hi everyone!
Here is a quick video of me doing a wee home workout as I couldn’t make it to training today.
Circuit:
1 min on 30 seconds off 1 min between each round. I did three rounds, but you can do as many as you like and change the working and rest time to suit you.
-Rowing (Concept 2 machine)
-Press Ups (From toes or knees- if from knee try to keep back straight and not bend the body)
-Pull ups (From hanging or use a small jump to help you get up there if you struggle)
-Ring rows (to make it easier bring feet up so you have bent knees)
-Burpees ( squeezing whilst jumping with clap overhead)
-Core taps (keeping hips up and not letting them sink when brining hands up)
I appreciate that not many people have a rowing machine or pull up bar with rings but that is what I would do. You can switch it up if you like or even try this in your gym. More videos to follow.
Protein pancakes:
I didn’t use an official recipe for this. I actually made it up on the spot. I measured it by feel.
Roughly:
2 tspbs chia seeds soaked in ¼ cup of water
1 banana mashed
1 cup almond milk
2 tspbs baking powder
1 tspbs xanthum gum
1 cup of gluten free flour
1 scoop of my protein vegan protein blend.
Small dash of coconut oil on the pan to stop sticking.
