Super excited about this Indian Chinese style healthy paneer recipe. The iconic Indian Chilli paneer is by faaar one of my all time favourite dishes. Glad that i could come up with my own fitness and bodybuilding friendly version of my favourite indo Chinese food for beerbiceps. This is the dry version of paneer chilli but making this a gravy is not an issue.
