With less time in hand, we often do not carry our lunch with us to the office and end up eating unhealthy junk food on a regular basis. This habit is harmful to the normal and healthy functioning of our bodies.
We have dietitian Ankita Saha Mallik from careist.in, speaking about how junk food is harmful and also suggest some easy and healthy lunch recipes.
The first recipe discussed in this video is salad and toast:
1. Chop few beans, peas, baby corn, broccoli and carrots.
2. Boil them till cooked.
3. Strain the vegetables.
4. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
5. Add the boiled vegetables, salt and pepper and toss together.
6. Toast brown breads.
7. Serve.
