This is one of my favourites. It’s simple recipe and quick to make but packed with flavour. it’s a greek style lemon garlic roast chicken and i know you’ll love it.
A few side notes: make sure to use fresh lemon juice and dried or fresh herbs are ok to use. Also for a healthier option you can use chicken breasts or even turkey. by substituting chicken legs for chicken breast, this becomes a great recipe for weightloss, bodybuilding, post workout meals or building muscle. you can also opt to exclude the oil in the marinade and just use a cooking spray for the pan. this will make this recipe and any similar recipes low calorie and great for weight-loss and health. grilling is also another great option. i workout frequently and i use these recipes a lot for my gym days (especially on leg day).
alternatively this is a great kids recipe. i found that kids seem to enjoy this one very much probably due to it’s simple flavors.
