THE WORKOUT:

Warm Up:
10 minutes stair master, 5 minute band stretches, 3 rounds of bear crawls and shoulder taps

SUPERSET || 3 SETS
10 Upright Rows into
10 Single Arm Dumbbell Presses *do 10 each arm*

3×10 Single Arm Reverse Extensions

SUPERSET || 3 SETS

3×10 EZ Bar Bicep Curls
3×8 Triangle Pull Downs

3×12 Cable Rear Delts

3×10 Cable Lateral Raises
3×10 Cable Rope Front Raises

Cool Down: Walk + Stretches (about 5 minutes)

TERIYAKI MEATBALLS

Ingredients:
1 lb lean turkey (can use tofu for sub and grill/bake it in strips)
1/3 Minced Green Bell Pepper
1 Sprig of Green Onion Minced
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 C Teriyaki Sauce
Salt + Pepper

Mix All Together and form balls. Pour teriyaki sauce overtop.
Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes. 🙂

Veggies || Use which ever you want, I personally love broccoli and asparagus!

Chop veggies.
Saute in skillet.
Add Teriyaki Sauce.

Serve together and enjoy!

(I add a bit of the sauce left over from the pan on top of the meatballs and veggies in the end 🙂
