Full Day Of Workout, Inspiration for KETO DIET Exercise

Often it can be hard to do a workout when you are on a new diet, like a ketogenic diet. Today i will give you some workout inspiration from my day at the gym, i do choose exercises that activates the whole body called “functional training”.
I love it so much, so hope i can give you some workout motivation and inspiration.
I love activate my body and I love the feeling of moving and progressing my fysical health, workout on the ketogenic diet is amazing, you have so much energy. It is for sure a fantastic high fat diet!

Moving your body is extremely important so to do some sort of activity everyday will help you to get into ketosis quicker, so remember guys that movement on ketogenic diet is SUPER important.

If you have a really damage body you should first start to do T.U.T workouts (really slow movement, with light weight). You want to do this because you dont want to stress your body during the first time of doing a ketogenic diet. You need to heal your body first from metabolic damage.

I have started to do some HIT (High Intensity Training) the last couple of weeks and then i do 1 min 20 seconds of some weights or functional training, after that I do 35 seconds of some High intense practice like burpees or other floor cardio. Some examples of these i show you in this keto video.
