I hope you enjoy this full day of eating! I shared my new favorite super easy recipes, most of these meals took me 10 minutes to make. This is the start of my lean bulking phase where I am prioritizing muscle gain. Aside from pushing myself in the gym, I am making sure that my nutrition is on point and the foods I eat are fueling my body properly. I will also be in a slight caloric surplus. There will be fat gain throughout this process, of course, but the end results will be worth it!
