Full Day Of Eating | Growing The Glutes

Meal #1 Kodak Protein Pancakes (follow the instructions on the box for a good consistency pancakes)
Meal #2 Fish Mango Tacos
1 small mango, cilantro, green onions, red onions, avocado, and lime. Cut all of these up and put as much on the taco as desired. Season tilapia with salt, paprika, black pepper.
Meal #3- Sweet Shrimp Stir fry
Marinate shrimp in sweet soy sauce, black pepper, cayenne pepper, osyter sauce and brown sugar (as much as you desire, I did 1 tablespoon for everything besides the osyter sauce, I did half). Add cilantro and green onions on top after it is done pan frying.
