We will be running through 4 different circuits today starting with upper body exercises and then moving into abs and core, then legs and finishing it all off with a HIIT cardio circuit. This full body workout has no repeats meaning you only have to perform each move once! Which is perfect for those of you that get bored easily. Grab some weights and follow along!
