Here is just a little taste of how my gym routine generally looks. I I also provided my diet throughout the video. Caution, there is a lot of eating involved!!
Calorie counts:
Generally I like my meals to look like: Main meals- 500-700 calories and snacks 100-300 calories
Breakfast~569 cal
Snacks total (I snacked three times that day; one after dinner which was not shown in the video)- 450 cal
I skipped lunch due to practicing (not recommended). One of my snacks served as my lunch
Dinner ~650 calories
Total calories ~ 1669 calories (I need to eat more)
Gym Reps and sets:
Back squat : 4 sets of 4 reps working from 65% 1RM – 73% 1RM
Hang cleans: 4 sets of 4 reps working from 65% 1RM – 73% 1RM
RDL’s : 4 sets of 6 reps all 65% of 1RM
Abs:
Barbell Rollouts: 3 sets of 10 reps
Pallof Press: 3 sets of 10 reps each side
My salad on a later day contained:
1 cup spinach
2tblsp Trader Joes pesto quinoa
~100 grams of chicken
1/2 avocado
~400-500 calories total
