Hi cuties!!

This was a random fun layover with Julie G. She was traveling through the Rocky Mountains and let me know she had a layover. I was happy to go spend some time with her, it’s been way too long. She’s a youtube friend that we adore, who has so much heart and talent and I was happy to get to play, even for a little while.

She whipped out her camera and did a quick fun vlog as soon as we sat down to chat. So I knew she’d go along with a Fitness Interview to help inspire you along on your fitness journey.

We started this exercise quest almost a month ago next week, but it’s been such a great adventure for us and an outpouring of exciting energy and enthusiasm from so many of you. You guys are the best and we wish you the greatest health of your lives!! Our hope is that this little exercise venture will live on for all of us long after this month is through.
