Emotions of Fittest Of India ,, (Power Of Fitness Competition 2020)

Ultimately, we have magnificently concluded the Power of Fitness Competition 5th Edition, Finding The Fittest of India, 2019-2020 at Veterinary Livestock Field Khanapara, Guwahati-22, Dated: 15th & 16th of February.

POF 2020 was a memorable showdown, the extraordinary performance displayed by POF athletes were beyond human imagination. The POF athletes were relentless with their spectacular exercising skills and unbeatable performance, which made the spectators and the officials/judges gone wow. This year POF India created a history making the athletes to perform TODs 8 times in a single day to secure title as the POF Fittest of India, 2020. The TODs were gruelling and extremely technical in nature, testing the peak strength and fitness of the POF athletes in all the three energy systems(ATP-CP, Glycolytic and Oxidative).

The entire POF team and family take the utmost privilege and honour to thank all the POF athletes who have participated in Power of Fitness Competition, 2020 (Finding the Fittest of India).

The event came into reality only because of the tireless and sleepless efforts delivered by team POF led by “Bornali Gogoi Das” (Power Lady of POF, Fitness Icon of India).
