Delicious and easy tempeh stir-fry recipe.
Tempeh is incredible. It has this slightly earthish/nutty flavor, the texture is great and you can do so many mazing recipes with it. In this video I went for an easy tempeh stir-fry, which takes less than 20 minutes to do. So for all of you who are super busy with work or your studies, this is perfect to eat after work or for your meal-prep. Packed with protein and flavor, you will love this one.

Ingredients:
200g / 7oz block of Tempeh, cut into bite-size blocks
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 Onion or shallot, finely diced
1-2 Chillies, finely chopped
2tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mushroom Sauce
(optionall) 1 tbsp Korean Chilli Paste (GF)
1 Broccoli or 200g Spinach
1 Red bell pepper
Total number of portions: 1
Calories / portion: 601
Protein / portion: 43g
Fat / portion: 36g
Carbs / portion: 36g
Prep time: 5-10 minutes
Cooking time (stove): 10 minutes
Total: 15 minutes
Directions:
1. Bring a pan to medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil and the garlic, shallot and chillies. Sautee for 2-3 minutes
2. Add the tempeh and the sauces as well as the korean chili paste, add a bit of water and the broccolo
3. Let simmer for 5 minutes
4. Add the peppers and leave on the stove for 2-3 minutes
