Sometimes you just want good nutrition and great flavor in under 10mins. Well this is the dish for you.

Check out how I put my quick workout meals together. I’m not going to write the recipe, because I just want to show you proportion and cooking without a recipe. All you need is some protein, some vegetables, carbs that are good for you and a little bit of seasoning and some nice elements (like pickles and sauces) just to make it all more interesting.
